The Mission

The energy transition is a software problem. At Fever, we are the "brain" of the grid. We build the intelligence layer that turns static assets—like batteries and EVs—into smart market participants.

We are growing quickly, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to ensure our operations run smoothly. You will be the backbone of the Growth team, turning our strategy into clear, executed actions.

Who You Are

• Organised & Methodical: You bring structure to chaos. Whether it is managing a complex event or sorting our data, you ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

• Proactive: You do not wait for permission to solve a problem. You value speed and precision, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where things change quickly.

• A Manager of One: You are autonomous. You can take a brief, manage your own time, and deliver the result without needing constant supervision.

What You Will Do

• Campaign Execution: You will manage the rollout of B2B campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.

• Event Management: You will take ownership of our presence at trade shows and industry events. This involves handling everything from logistics and booth setup to ensuring we capture leads effectively.

• Content Planning: You will manage the content calendar. Your job is to ensure our white papers, blog posts, and case studies are published and distributed according to schedule.

• CRM & Data: You will maintain our marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Salesforce). You ensure our data is clean, organised, and ready for the sales team to use.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience: Background in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, CleanTech, or Energy.

• Project Management: A proven track record of managing projects independently from start to finish.

• Tech Savvy: Strong familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

• Communication: The ability to take complex technical concepts and organise them into clear marketing assets.
