Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and motivated team member to join our Asset Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing product lifecycle workflows, including:

• Onboarding: Testing and qualifying new assets to ensure they meet operational standards.
• Asset Notifications: Investigating and resolving any issues that arise as assets go live.
• Periodic Re-Testing: Ensuring that assets continue to perform optimally over time.

You’ll also play a proactive role in identifying and automating tasks to help us achieve our goal of zero marginal costs for monitoring as we scale our asset pools.

This position involves regular collaboration with customers, requiring a friendly and professional approach to handling customer requests. It’s also ideal for someone with a curiosity about battery, PV, and EV technologies and a desire to learn how they operate in flexibility markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Running tests on asset response times and other properties, using in-house tools to evaluate results.

• Diagnosing asset issues and proactively suggesting solutions.

• Informing customers of any ongoing issues that require their attention and following up as needed.

• Using internal tools, suggesting improvements, and identifying opportunities for automation.
